Anti-Inflammatory Red Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
-1 medium beet, peeled & cubed
-2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
-¼ cup extra-virgin coconut oil
-3 Medjool dates, pitted
-1 cup apple slices (optional)
-½ cup any milk
HOW-TO:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth—about 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
